Why we collect data

Diamodis Nursery keeps only what we need to run accounts, fulfil seed orders, discourage abuse, and answer support. We do not sell or rent customer lists to advertisers.

Information we may hold

• Account: name, email, hashed password, verification status.
• Fulfilment: shipping address, phone, cart lines, payment mode, order identifiers.
• Support: messages and attachments sent through Contact, Help, or Track & Support.
• Security: session tokens, approximate IP, and browser hints used to spot fraud.

How we use it

• Authenticate buyers and block abusive registrations.
• Pick, pack, and hand parcels to logistics partners.
• Send transactional notices about dispatch and delivery.
• Meet Indian bookkeeping and statutory retention duties.

How long we keep it

Commercial order records stay for the statutory retention period that applies in India. If optional marketing consent is collected later, you may withdraw it by writing to support@diamodisshipping.in.

Access and correction

Set up logined buyers may request a copy, correction, or deletion of personal data, except where law requires us to keep the record. Send the request from the email on the account to support@diamodisshipping.in.

Security measures

Passwords use one-way hashing. When cards are processed, full card numbers stay with certified payment processors and are not stored on our application servers.
