Cancellation Rules

Before packing starts

Cancel through Track & Support while the order remains in intake or packing. Approved pre-dispatch cancellations refund to the original payment method.

After a label is printed

Once a shipping label exists, cancellation is usually closed. You may refuse the parcel; return logistics and any spoilage risk can reduce the refundable amount.

COD refusals

Repeated COD refusals without a documented reason may pause COD on the account while prepaid checkout remains available.

Refund timing

We initiate approved refunds within 5–7 working days; UPI or bank posting times depend on the receiving institution.
